Having said the above, my greatest inspiration of all, is of course, my dreams. My dreams allow me to set my own goals, no matter what they are and who I am. My dreams allow me to follow my passion, without having to feel guilty to anyone.My dreams allow me to believe that nothing is impossible. What exactly are my dreams? Ermmm...as much as I treat this blog as my personal thinking space - I still prefer to keep those to myself. For now at least. Anyway, what is YOUR greatest inspiration? *smile*

This is not exactly our kind of movie but we watched it anyway - as I wasn't in the mood to watch anything 'heavy or depressing' (duhh!). Well, if I may put my two cents in, BEE MOVIE's storyline revolves around bees suing humankind in court for 'honey-stealing' and beekeeping, which I personally find kinda interesting. Ermm, visually - the movie is marvellous, filled with creative & comel animations in bright & vibrant colour combinations (love it!). Having said that, for some reasons, I don't really like the movie as a whole though (despite Jerry Seinfeld's presence) - apparently, it's neither as hilarious nor as entertaining as I thought it would be. =( Again, just my two cents' worth. So people, go watch and rate it yourself! Okie Dokie, Nitey Nite!

My family or My Job?

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.

Ummi paid us a short visit last weekend. We shopped. We talked. We 'socialized'. Fun indeed.

Speaking of Ummi, that reminds me of a question posed by Oprah. Can women have it all?

Two different answers from two different women.

Lisa: I feel like, because I do stay home, I'm making my children a priority. If you're working outside of the home, they can't be your top priority.

Barbara: If you don't have something that is your own, then your kids become everything. And you need to make that separation about what you're doing for your kids and what you're doing for yourself.

Working mother or otherwise.None is material.It's just a matter of personal choice.Neither one is better or worse than the other. Ummi dearest is a working mother and she still is a superb loving mom! =)
