fiance deaRie has always been known as a heartless person, be it among his friends or his family, as he rarely shows his true feelings towards anything or anyone (but hey, I'm the exception to the general rule, heh). Having said that, he had, in his element, for several times, told me about how the above song really reflects and truly describes his feelings towards me, of which, I thank him.

On a different note, I've been tagged by k.AM and the rules of this particular blog tag game are:

Well, having read the list of songs for the year 2001, there are basically three songs which, had, in their own way, added colours to my life. Each song has its own story and those stories happened in 2001, the year I turned 18.

i) Angel by Shaggy - someone had sung this song as part of his presentation in our class back in Matriculation, and personally dedicated the song to me. Comel, but it meant nothing. =)

ii) All Or Nothing At All by O Town - someone dedicated this song to me and asked me out. I cried profusely because I just didn't know how to say no.Whoa~

iii) Lady Marmalade by Christina Aguilera, Pink, Lil Kim, and Mya - Owing to the fact that I know a little bit of French, a guy friend of mine,had, at one point, innocently asked me to translate the following words (which formed part of the song):

"...Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir

I just laughed and didn't give him the answer until today.Hehe.

If Saturday, 14th April 2007 was a day of triple joy for the nation as the Thais celebrated their Songkran Festival, the Tamils the Varusha Pirapu, and the Sikhs the Vasakhi,yesterday (Saturday, 21 April 2007) was my very own day of triple joy as :

i) it was the last day of the final exam (yay!),

ii) it was a picnic day with Law20 & friends, despite few turn ups (fun!), and

iii) I got to meet cutey Humaira, Mar's baby daughter, who is now 9 - months old. (Adorable! Huhu!)

She has always been my favourite sister. She's always there when I need her.IIUM days (yes Eddie, we even shared my single bed when she came to sleep over at my room =p ), convocation day, the engagement, long call celebration, trip to Nilai 3 for my engagement preparation, my first Dermalogica facial treatment, and all those special occassions.

She has always been a person whom I confide in most besides fiance deaRie and my parents for the past five years.

We were appointed as the Green House Commitee Members for the year 2000. Having to manage a group of 150 students was not easy for us, the Fifth Formers, back then.Weekly house meeting, weekly house cleaning, weekly house cleanliness checking, daily house cleanliness supervision, daily house jogging for a month in view of Sports Day, daily house hajat prayers, annual Malay Drama, weekly house damage reporting, and all sorts of tasks and responsibilities which had come together with our appointments as the Selindang Delima line - up, needed to be attended to.

To add on to those tasks were, our responsibilities as prefects and not to forget our duties as students who would be sitting for SPM by the end of our tenure. It was, at that particular time, we learnt how to manage and organize our time better, how to compromise with each other and how to solve organizational problems. Most importantly, we learnt how to accomodate each other's needs and how to listen to others.

To the Green House Committee Members of 2000 and to the rest of Selindang Delima members, it was such an honour to be your so-called leader - friend/sister. Love you guys.To Puan May, I hope I didn't let you down.To Green House Committee Members of 1999, especially Azra, thanks for believing in me.Go Selindang Delima!!!

After two sleepless nights due to the final exam, I managed to reward myself with a movie last Sunday. Jennifer Garner plays Gray, the "widowed" fiancee in this romantic dramedy.

Despite the comedy element, the movie, has, in its own way,stimulated my brain cells.

Not only because Gray had lost her love of her life i.e. her would be husband (Grady Douglas) few days before their marriage, but also due to the fact that, only after his death, Gray finds out Grady had a secret life he never shared with her - a relationship with another chica and a 'young son' from a previous relationship.

Being a girl who has always been afraid of being cheated & who has always been super sensitive, watching this kind of movie with such story line - 7 weeks before the Big Day, pretty much disturbed my sanity & peaceful state of mind.

Marrying a guy whom you truly love only to find out that he's not all you imagine him to be? That is super scary!

But the disturbed state of mind finally become stable as and when my eyes caught Timothy Olyphant's perfect smile. Cute. Go watch! =)

Ummi & Abah love it. Bukit Bintang, Nilai 3, Hadyaai, Bangkok, you name it, be it local or otherwise, their trip won't be complete without foot reflexology treatment. Strolling down the street of Bukit Bintang a.k.a the nest for the foot reflexology, Ummi found what she's looking for. While waiting for Fiance Dearie to finish his work at his office on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY, I was persuaded to try the same. But, I chose their shoulder massage instead. The aftermath feeling? Rejunevated, refreshed and settled. The cost? RM50 and below, so peeps, go and try them yourselves! =)
